CHALLENGE
Rebranding Ivory Dental Clinic as it transitioned from a modest set-up in Seawoods to a plush, state-of-the-art facility presented unique challenges. While the clinic had already established itself as a trusted provider of comprehensive dental care, the existing branding was conventional and understated. This simplicity, though reflective of their humble beginnings, lacked the sophistication and modern appeal that matched the clinic’s latest advancements and the new, state of the art ambience they were moving into. It became evident that the visual identity and messaging needed to evolve to mirror the clinic’s growth and aspirations.
Despite offering top-notch and modern dental services—including preventive, cosmetic, orthodontic and restorative treatments—the previous branding did not fully convey this quality or the expansive range of care available. The task was to create a refreshed brand that communicated both the clinic’s expertise and the elevated experience patients could now expect. Balancing the legacy of trust and warmth built over the years with a new image of luxury and innovation required curated strategy, creative vision, and a sensitive approach to retain existing clientele while attracting a more discerning audience.
